A very tall yakushimanum hybrid which shows the influence of its other, 'Loderi', parent, as does the more tree-like, branching habit., 'Seven Stars' will reach 1.5-1.8m, and there are older, taller specimens. The very pale pink flowers open from red-purple buds, carried in a round truss of up to 15. Prefers a position in light shade. (October) |

An early-flowering dwarf (0.4m) with pale yellow-green buds that open pale greenish-yellow and are carried up to 9 to a truss ,but sometimes as few as 3. Best given some light shade, as the flowers will go over quickly in a very sunny position.
