Clianthus formosus,or 'Sturt's Desert Pea', Kings Park, Perth


Kings Park & Botanic Garden, Perth
400 hectares close to central Perth, houses 13,000 Australian plants. There are 270 hectares of natural 'bush' and the Park has a strong conservation role. The views over the Swan River and the city are spectacular.


Open- daylight hours daily; Display glasshouses 10.00am to 4.00pm Wednesday to Monday
Closed- Display glasshouses closed Tuesdays
Entrance fee- Free
Facilities- WC, visitor centre, shop, guided walks, education centre, restuarant, cafe & teas.
